The Smurfs find themselves in a perilous situation when they are chased out of their village by the evil wizard Gargamel. With nowhere else to go, they find themselves in the middle of Central Park in New York City. With Gargamel not far behind, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before he catches up to them.
