Sofia's life is completely changed during an unexpected summer vacation with two old ladies. On a beautiful Mediterranean island, she experiences her first kiss, reconnects with her family, meets new friends, and has fun in the sun and water, eating plenty of ice cream. Unfortunately, the carefree time comes to an end when Luce has to be hospitalized, and Sofia discovers a whole new side of her family she never knew existed.
